Sorry for all the times I've hurt U: Esha Deol writes to her parents!

Veteran actors Dharmendra and Hema Malini got married on May 2, 1979, and as today the couple completes 49 years of their marriage together daughter Esha Deol takes it to her Instagram account to wish their parents for their 49th wedding anniversary. She penned down a heartfelt note with some unseen pictures of the couple. 

"Happy wedding anniversary to my most precious people in the entire world "my mummy & my Papa" without u both I'm nothing! I take this opportunity to say sorry for all the times I've hurt u, to say all I know is to love u both unconditionally & to say everything I achieve in life is because of ur blessings... really really proud to be the daughter of 2 of the most humble souls god has ever created! U both are all things love "Pure Love"! Stay happy & healthy! Here's to many many more years of togetherness! I love u stay blessed!" (Sic).

Meanwhile, in her biography  Beyond the Dream Girl which is authored by Ram Kamal Mukherjee, Hema Malini had mentioned how she was almost going to get married to Jeetendra but Dharmendra, who was drunk landed at her place.

About the incident, Hema Malini mentioned in her biography, "Today we can laugh over it, but at that time it wasn't funny. Strangely, my father had no problems with Dharam Ji other than the one related to me. In fact, they got along so well whenever I wasn't around. They would always be laughing and I would want to freeze the moment. If only they could be like that forever. Everyone in my family adored him just not as a prospective son-in-law."
