There were a lot of speculations around this and now Priyanka has put all the rumours to rest. In her recent interview with People's Magazine, Priyanka was asked if she is the bridesmaid, to which she replied, "No, I'm not the bridesmaid".

All my friends are getting married right now and I have like four friends who have gotten married in the span of this year so I'm really upset about it (laughs). Just joking. I'm excited. I'm super excited about her and her big day. I feel like it's not just going to be life-changing for both of them. It's life-changing for the world that needs to see strong women as icons and I feel Meghan has the potential to be that".

She further added, "She's just a really real girl, eventually. She's a girl's girl. She's a relatable young woman who's concerned about the world, just like you and I are. That's what I love the most about her and her authenticity is what's really going to make her stand out in this new life that she is going to take on".
