When late Sridevi made Supriya Pathak talk like 'Hansa' in a Flight

The popular comedy show 'Khichdi' is back on Television with its second season and has been doing pretty well. If you've been following the show, you will have an idea about how the cast makes interesting references to many Bollywood actors.

The show in one of their episodes last weekend paid tribute to the late legendary actress Sridevi. Reports suggest that this particular episode was shot in November 2017 which is months before the actresses sudden demise.

In a recent report by TOI, the producer of the show JD Majethia, who also plays the character of Himanshu on the show, revealed to the daily that they were reluctant to air this episode. He stated, "The episode had an interesting gag involving Sridevi. When she passed away in February, we were reluctant to air that part. However, we then felt that there was nothing derogatory about it and we were referring to her in a humour sequence, which actually will be our tribute to the legendary actress. She had once told us that she loved the first season of our show".

Meanwhile, Supriya Pathak who plays the popular character of Hansa on the show also shared a beautiful memory that she has with Sridevi. Pathak expressed, "Around three years ago, I met her on a flight and she literally made me talk like Hansa. It was embarrassing for a moment, but that just showed how much she loved the characters".
