Ranveer Singh makes a Big Revelation about Ranbir Kapoor!

The one thing that remains common between Ranbir Kapoor and Ranveer Singh except Bollywood is Deepika Padukone. Padukone who was earlier dating Ranbir is now enjoying a sparkling relationship with Ranveer Singh.

Despite the rumours of them having a tiff, both Ranbir and Ranveer have often maintained good terms. When they appeared together on Karan Johar's chat show 'Koffee with Karan' their fun-chemistry and camaraderie was enjoyed by all.

Talking about their work front, Ranveer is having a ball in his career with many successive films in his bag. As known to all, Singh started his career with Band Baaja Baarat and the rest they say is history.

Ranveer recently attended a summit in the capital where he got candid about his dream of being an actor. He expressed, "I ought to be pinching myself sitting in front of people. I wake up every day thinking that I am living a dream. I was this young kid obsessed with Hindi movies. I struggled for three years in Mumbai, with my portfolio in my hand. I went through the routine drill. I made my own luck. I put myself in that position that where that good wave comes and you can flow with it".

Later, Ranveer got his big break with Band Baaja Baraat and then there was no looking back. But, hardly people know that Ranveer's character Bittoo Sharma was initially offered to Ranbir Kapoor but he declined it. Timing you see!

Revealing about the same, Ranveer said, "Ranbir Kapoor said no to Band Baaja Baraat. YRF was looking for a new face I got a call and I knew this was the opportunity I was waiting for. I kept my face safe and didn't do modeling or music videos. And then I got a massive launch, essentially for an 'outsider', opposite a reasonably recognisable star Anushka Sharma".

We couldn't thank Ranbir more for this. What was Ranbir's loss was Ranveer's gain!
