RIP Sridevi: Anil Kapoor thanks, Mumbai Police for their support

The Kapoor family is currently dealing with a tough time due to the untimely demise of actress Sridevi but, they made sure that they are together when each family is in need of each other.

Since the news of Sridevi's sudden demise due to 'Accidental Drowning' was announced the Mumbai Police had been actively guarding the Kapoor family as many celebrities kept visiting Anil Kapoor's house.

Even when the actress' was taken for the cremation yesterday the many constables and police officers were seen handling the crowd to protect the family until they reached the ground.

And so Anil penned down a letter to thank the Mumbai Police for their support constantly throughout support during the last few days. He posted the letter on social media that states, "As we mourn, I'm deeply thankful to our friends & well-wishers who have formed a protective circle around us so we can grieve in peace...I would especially like to thank the Mumbai Police for being by our side through it all and making sure we got the space & privacy that we needed, to do what was necessary. Thank you all for your prayers & understanding" (Sic).
