Sridevi was like my daughter says, Saroj Khan

Sridevi's sudden demise has not only shocked but, also devastated the entire nation. But talking about her journey in films the actress has worked with many renowned actors, actresses and choreographers and one such choreographer is, Saroj Khan.

While she was called as an epitome of grace, beauty and excellence, she was also known for her dance. As Saroj Khan had a close connection with her the dancer to is in a shock with her sudden demise.

The two have worked together on several popular songs in 24 movies. On her sudden demise, the choreographer told a leading agency, "There was no artist like her, absolutely no one. She was the best human being and a dancer. She was like a daughter to me. I am shocked and deeply saddened."

Talking about her career, Sridevi's cinematic journey was one of its kind. She made her debut at the age of 4 and completed 50 years in the movie industry last year. After starring in Judaai (1997), Sridevi took a sabbatical to take care of her husband Boney Kapoor and raise her children Jhanvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor. She made her comeback with English Vinglish in the year 2012 and after five years she starred in MOM which released last year and she had once again proved with her apt performance that not only feature films but, she can do excel in content driven and small films too.
