Will Virat-Anushka wed at the Adelaide Oval stadium?

Currently, the speculations are rife that Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma will tie the knot in Italy next week. However, the actress was also spotted at the airport last night with her family leaving for Italy.

While the fans of the duo have always been eagerly waiting for their marriage but, the couple has still left everyone guessing about their wedding rumours. However, with this amazing new floating around the management of the iconic Australian stadium has expressed the desire to host their wedding.

Speaking to a leading daily, Andrew Daniels, CEO of the historic sports venue said, "We would be thrilled to host Virat and Anushka's wedding at Adelaide Oval. How fantastic would it be for Virat to create more happy memories here, considering his outstanding playing history at the Oval."

While Virat has a couple of memories associated with the stadium. He made his debut on in 2012 and has also made the highest T20 score of 90 while playing in the same stadium.

According to the report, the stadium allows private functions, such as a wedding, for a cost that starts Aus $159 per guest (Rs 8000) upwards.

"With 26 purpose-built function spaces to choose from, combined with a showcase of South Australia's finest food and wine it would be an unforgettable day for the future Mr and Mrs Kohli and their guests," he said.

Meanwhile, Anushka's spokesperson has denied reports of their marriage, however, sources told a leading daily, that Anushka's father, Ajay Kumar Sharma has personally called their neighbours and have invited them for the wedding. Close friends from their building have received calls from Anushka's father.

"The star dad has made calls to some building folks, inviting them for the wedding that is slated for next week. As everyone cannot travel to Italy, he was keen to make them aware of the developments and seek blessings for the couple," said the source.
