Aren't we getting these hooligans jailed, says Ekta Kapoor

As we all know Sanjay Leela Bhansali's "Padmavati" is facing ire of 'Karni Sena' and Vishwa Hindu Parishad' (VHP), and having hard time to make it's release. The members of above community believe and accused the makers, that the movie "Padmavati', defames their Queen Padmavati.

This 'Art' versus 'Culture' battle getting worse day by day. On account of hurting sentiments of these communities, they have threatened to behead the Director sanjay Leela Bhansali and to maim the lead actress Deepika Padukone by cutting her nose, who is playing a titular role in the movie.

Reacting to this, Ekta Kapoor spoke out on social media saying, these people should be jailed for such open threat and she even called them hooligans. She also mentioned how she experienced such similar incident in The Literature Festival Jaipur.

"Padmavati" cast includes Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh in lead roles, and will be releasing on 1st of December.
