#SHOCKING: Sonu Nigam's issue grows INTENSE, singer to go BALD

After Sonu Niigam expressed his views on "forced religiousness", he faced backlash from all around. While few supported his thoughts, many slammed him.

Now, a senior member of a minority council issued a fatwa against the singer for his comments over "azaan".

Syed Sha Atef Ali Al Quaderi, vice president, West Bengal Minority United Council, has been quoted by a leading daily. He says, "If anyone can shave his hair, put a garland of old torn shoes around his neck and tour him around the country I personally announce an award of Rs 10 lakh for that person."

To everyone's surprise, Sonu agreed to shave his head. He says, "Today at 2 pm Aalim will come to my place, and shave my head. Keep your 10 lakhs ready Maulavi. And Press is welcome to participate at 2 pm."
