When Salman HALTED 'Tubelight' shoot for Jackie Chan!

Salman Khan who is busy shooting for his forthcoming film 'Tubelight' been much eager to meet Chinese star Jackie Chan. The martial artist who was recently in Mumbai to promote his upcoming film 'Kung Fu Yoga' was residing at a hotel in Juhu. The actor was expected to drop in at Goregaon's Film City to shoot for a comedy show.

Interestingly, Salman too was shooting nearby in the same studio for Kabir Khan directorial. As such, the duo planned to meet each other post completion of their respective shoot.

But, things didn't go as planned because Jackie was in short of time and he had to board his flight to Beijing at 11 pm. Considering this shortage of time, Salman halted his film's the shoot mid-way and rushed to meet Jackie.

Jackie Chan's co-star in 'Kung Fu Yoga' and Bollywood actor-Sonu Sood was quoted in a publication informing, "We had planned to take Jackie to Salman bhai's set who was looking forward to it and had even made some preparations. He wanted Jackie to see some scenes being shot and also get a feel of how Bollywood really functions. But we were running short on time. So, Salman bhai canceled the remaining day's work and came to the hotel to meet Jackie, which was sweet for him. Jackie also loves Salman's work. So, they had a lot to speak about". (sic)

Salman has made it evident that he prefers to nurture his relationships first over his work.
