Pulkit Samrat files for DIVORCE, gets in a heated brawl with the media

'Sanam Re' actor Pulkit Samrat's marriage with Shweta Rohira seems to have hit a rough patch. The couple who had got hitched in the year 2014 have decided to part ways. The duo visited the family court at Bandra yesterday and filed for the divorce. Pulkit who is already on the verge of witnessing a sad end to his married life also had a tough time with the media waiting outside the court to click the actor as he left from court'spremises.

Things worsened when Pulkit engaged in a heated scuffle with a photographer named Santosh Nagarkar who was trying to grab a few pictures of him.

Nagarkar informed a tabloid that, "Pulkit and Shweta arrived together at around 1 pm. They were inside the court for over three hours. When they left, Pulkit attempted to make a run to avoid the cameras. When we chased him, he threatened us and grabbed me by my collar. He was accompanied by his security guards and lawyer, who also punched us." (sic)

When the tabloid ontacted Pulkit, he had an another side of the story to share. He informed, "The photographer pushed my uncle and me and was recording it. I requested him to let me pass, but he refused to give way." (sic)

Shweta had left the court just before the incident took place. When she heard about the entire issue, she said, "Within seconds of leaving, many people called to tell me what had happened. Thank God, I had left. When you get into this field, your life is no more your own. They clicked my snapshots too, I didn't stop them." (sic)

Talking about her divorce with Pulkit, she said, "I was karmically divorced long ago. Going to court was a technical exercise, only for the paperwork. We are adults, we took a decision, our lives have changed. I have put a full stop to one chapter of my life. I want to begin a new." (sic)

This isn't the first instance when a celebrity has lost his temper on the photographers. Actors like Salman Khan, Arbaaz Khan, Ranbir Kapoor and many others have indulged in a scuffle with the media.
