Deepika Padukone celebrates her birthday a day before the actual date!

Deepika Padukone turned 31 on the 5th of January, 2017. The actress flew down to Mexico city on fourth of January for the promotions of her upcoming Hollywood debut film, "xXx: Return of Xander Cage".

After wrapping their interviews with the media, just when they were heading for the premiere of the film, the xXx team surprised Deepika with a huge cake and balloons. They celebrated her birthday with great zeal.

Apparently, in Mexico it was still fourth of Jan which is not the actual birthdate of the actress still they celebrated her day as they knew that back in India it was already fifth of January and wishes from all over the country had already started to pour in for the actress.

The director of the film, Caruso praised the Bollywood beauty by comparing her with Hollywood actresses and said, "You embody Lana Turner  with the grace of Audrey Hepburn and you can kick some a** too!" (sic)

According to the reports, a lavish dinner has been organized for the Friday eve!

On 12th of January the film cast will land in Mumbai for a glamorous movie premiere of xXx: Return of Xander Cage.
