Arjun Kapoor's gym CRUSHED by BMC!

Recently, it was reported that Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) had served a legal notice to 'Ki and Ka' actor Arjun Kapoor for illegal construction at his Bungalow in Juhu, Mumbai. BMC had alleged that the actor had illegally constructed a room at the terrace of his bungalow.

He had been using it as a gym. Soon, after an unnamed activist reported about the issue to the Municipal office, BMC plunged into action. At first, the actor was given a legal notice asking him to disperse the illegal construction else BMC would themselves demolish the illegally built part of his bungalow.

Even after sending several notices to Arjun, the BMc officials got no response from the actor. Finally, they took severe action against him and reached the spot and demolished the structure. The cost of demolition and other charges of the officer's visit will now be collected from the actor apart from the fine he is liable to pay.

A report on a portal quoted BMC Commissioner Parag Masurkar informing that they have demolished the part that the actor had illegally built.
