#Revealed: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to be a part of PADMAVATI?

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan had garnered a lot of appreaciations for her role in Karan Johar 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil'. Rumors mills were abuzz with the news and reports claiming that Aishwarya will now be a part of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming film 'Padmavati'.

Actors Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor and Aditi Rao Hydari were the confirmed lead cast of the film and Aishwarya was speculated to be on board for this project.

However, putting all the rumors to rest, a leading daily quoted a source informing that, "They meet socially. He counts her as one of the few friends he has in the industry. But that's it! There's been no talk of working together on 'Padmavati". (sic)

"The conflict in the plot pivots on the three characters Rani Padmavati played by Deepika, her husband Raja Rawal Ratan Singh played by Shahid and Alauddin Khilji played by Ranveer, who falls for Padmavati. Aditi Rao Hydari plays Khilji's wife. Besides that, there is no other female character.", the source stated further". (sic)

Well, if the source (the one quoted above) is to be believed then there's no chance left for Aish to join the cast.

Padmavati is said to be one of the most ambitious project of SLB. He has been spending hefty amounts in building up huge sets for the film.

Produced by Viacom 18 Motion pictures and Bhansali productions, the film is slated to hit the theaters on 17^th, November 2017.
