FINALLY! Shah Rukh Khan freed of all charges

In 2012, an immediate five year ban was imposed on Shah Rukh Khan soon after he indulged in a brawl with a security guard at the Wankhede stadium.

For those unaware about the incident, it so happened that SRK's team 'Kolkatta Knight Riders' won the match that day and after the match got over, the actor along with his daughter Suhana Khan and her friends was taking a victory walk around, thanking the viewers who had come over to cheer their team.

But, before they could enter the ground, a security guard named Vikas Dalvi stopped them from entering the ground and asked them to leave. King Khan couldn't stand this behavior by the guard and he got into an ugly spat with him.

During the interrogation, the guard claimed that SRK abused him while they were arguing. Following which an immediate action was taken against Shah Rukh and he was banned from entering the stadium.

Now, as per reports, the Mumbai police informed a metropolitan magistrate's court that no cognizable offence was made out against him.

The police report stated, "After the investigation, it was found that no cognisable offence had taken place."

A local activist had also lodged a private complaint in the court wherein he had asked the authorities to take strict action against the superstar for foul language against the security personnel.

The police had even claimed that they recorded the 50-year-old actor's statement and he denied all the allegations reported against him.
