Why KANGANA was awarded instead of PRIYANKA!

Kangana Ranaut and Priyanka Chopra are among Bollywood's top actress and race to be on the  top will not stop soon. Recently, Kangana received 'Women of the year' award at an event, However, she wasn't the chosen one for the award. It was Priyanka Chopra who was going to receive the award as PeeCee made her mark in international cinema and became global name!

But when she was approached she would not be able to be at the venue as the actress is busy shooting for season 2 US TV series Quantico.

So the organiser's of the event went through big names of Bollywood and shortlisted Kangana. And this is how the award landed up in Kangana Ranaut's award gallery.
