Rani Laxmibai could be the climax in my acting career: Kangana Ranaut

Kangana Ranaut is admired by her fans and followers as one of the most splendid and quintessential actresses in B-town. After entertaining the audience with her films like Queen, Tanu Weds Manu and Katti Batti, the actress now is now heading for her next film, which is a biopic.

According to a report in leading daily, filmmaker Ketan Mehta is now co-producing the film on 'Rani Lakshmibai' along with Victory Media owned by LA based CEO AVT Shankardass. Interestingly, Kangana Ranaut has been finalized to essay the role of 'Lakshmibai' in the film.

Also, Kangana is reported to be putting all her efforts for the film. She has asked the makers to get her trained in horse-riding and sword fighting and rehearse the scenes before the film goes on the floors.

The report quoted Ketan stating that, "It will be an international co-production with an international cast and crew. The reason for casting Kangana is that she has courage, fire in her belly and desire to excel." [sic]

Kangana is so adamant about the film that she has said to sign no other films till mid next year.

The actress was also quoted in the report saying, "A film like this gets made only once, no one is going to make it again. Since it's come to us, we have to do complete justice to it. I can't hope to go beyond this script, this film could well be the climax in my acting career so I'm going to give it the time it deserves." [sic]

Well, this would be for the first time, the actress will play a warrior queen after being the 'Queen' of the present age.
