Here's what Katrina has to say about Love, her Heartbreak and Life

Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif's break up came as a big shock to everyone. The couple who were so much in love had to part ways due to irreconcilable issues.

Heartbreak is never a cake walk and it comes with a big baggage that's very tough to get rid of. Just like a normal individual even a celebrity has to bear the pain of heartbreak.

During a recent interaction with the gorgeous diva Katrina Kaif, we asked her about how she is coping up with her heartbreak.

Here's what she said, "I think every person needs to react to every situation they're in. I know many people who are very pragmatic and practical about love. They think about things very clearly. They plan who is the person who'd keep them happy. Then there are some people who just go by the passion and emotion of being in love, not the practical side of two people coming together in a relationship. I honestly don't know which the better one is. Maybe it's the balance of both - be practical and follow your heart.

Adding further she said, "If you ask me personally, I'm ruled by my emotions and I give being in love a lot of importance like a lot of women. I think generally women are more emotional than men. I believe love is like what we see in movies. Maybe you learn practicality as you get mature."

She also gave a beautiful example of her grandparents.

"When I look around me, the example I go to see is of my grandparents - they have been married for close to 70 years now. Where on one side, we see a list of sad and terribly tragic relationships which do not seem to be working out, and on the other you see really beautiful examples of love which stand the test of time," said Kat.

When asked her if she still has faith in love? To this she replied, "Anyone's faith in love shouldn't ever be destroyed. I think one must always believe in what means something to you. If love holds a great meaning and weight for you, that's the kind of person you are. You should never give up on that, on your dreams and what your ideals are. Never become pessimistic or bitter."

Lastly, when asked her that since she is single now so will she accept Aditya's proposal of spending the Valentine's Day with him?

"I'm single till married," concluded Katrina.
