Ali Fazal is a "Grandpa's boy"

Actor Ali Fazal's grandfather, who has been ailing due to ill health, got critical around New Year Eve and had to be rushed to hospital, apparently after getting out from the ICU his grandpa penned down few words which got the actor really emotional.

His grandpa wrote a one line note saying, "I want to recover as early as possible".

This words that he inked on a paper, bought a great relief to the family members including Ali as it showed grandpa's fighting spirit.

Ali who is very attached to his grandpa and spent New Year taking care of him posted a picture of the note on his social networking account.

When contacted Ali said, "My Nana, the man with the iron fist I called him, writes his first words after a long battle at the ICU. He's back home. Still a long way to recovery but the man's tough".

We definitely agree with Ali and wish his grandfather a speedy recovery.
