Vicky Kaushal restrained from shooting for his upcoming project

The recent terror attacks and riots in the country have disturbed the nation socially and commercially. The recent attack at Pathankot Air force base in Punjab has led to much tensed situation in the area hampering the daily life of the residents there. The same story goes for Bollywood.

According to reports, 'Masaan' actor Vicky Kaushal was denied to shoot for his upcoming project due to tense condition in that area. The project seems to be director Mozez Singh's debut that has earlier shot many scenes in that area. However, more scenes were scheduled to be shot this month when they were eventually denied access.

The report also states that, up to 30% of the film has been shot there but the terror attacks has led to disturbance with the shooting schedules .As such, they now look up for such similar locations to finish the pending parts to be shot.

Mozez is also quoted saying that, "My heart truly goes out to the brave soldiers who lose their lives. I remember Pathankot was like a heaven on earth. It made for the perfect canvas of my movie drama. I was looking forward to returning the shoot there but the unfortunate situation and strict security didn't give us the liberty to do so. We are currently scouting for a different". [sic]
