'Charles' Hooda seems to have bagged a role in Salman's next. Randeep Hooda who was last seen in 'Main aur Charles' as Charles Shobraj, has been signed to play Salman Khan's wrestling coach in his forthcoming film 'Sultan'.

The duo was last seen sharing screen space in the 2014 hit 'Kick' and have shared a good equation since. According to reports in a leading daily, Randeep has been confirmed to be part of 'Sultan'.

"Director Ali Abbas Zafar was searching for someone to play Salman's wrestling coach. The role needed someone tall with a good physique and persona. It's a meaty role. Salman felt that Randeep fit the bill, so he recommended his name. The team then approached Randeep and he agreed to come on board,' said a source.

Currently, Randeep is working on Omung Kumar's 'Sarabjit', where he will be seen in the title role, opposite Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Richa Chadda. Though he lost 20kgs to play the character, he is prepared to build his physique as required for his character in 'Sultan'. He will also be taking wrestling lessons.

"Salman is fond of Randeep as he is known to be blunt and has quirky way of talking. Randeep in turn has always found it very inspiring to work with and loves him like an elder brother", added the source.
