Hrithik Roshan to romance Kareena Kapoor?

Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor share a sizzling on-screen chemistry but it's been 12 long years since they starred together in a movie.

Though, they were about to share the screen space in Karan Johar's 'Shuddhi' but even that had to be scrapped since Hrithik backed off from the project due to his surgery and Kareena too followed him saying, "The idea of doing Shuddhi was to work with Hrithik (Roshan). Once he decided to opt out, it didn't work for me." [sic]

If reports are to be believed, this cute couple is all set to scorch the sliver screens yet again in Sanjay Gupta's directorial. It's going to be a love story-cum-revenge drama and will be produced by Rakesh Roshan. It also turns out that Hrithik pushed the shooting of Yash Raj Films' "Thug" to April to accommodate his dad's home production.

A close source revealed to a leading daily, "After hearing the story, Rakesh and Hrithik immediately decided to come on board. The film was supposed to go on the floors in June since Hrithik had other commitments. But he will now start work on Gupta's film in February." [sic]

Kareena Kapoor is rumoured to be starring opposite Hrithik in the film. "Yes, the makers have approached Kareena and she has liked the script. It is a daringly different and challenging role. She's good friends with Hrithik and keen to pair up with him but she has yet to sign on the dotted line," [sic] the source added.

The title of the movie is yet to be finalized but it will be shot in one start-to-finish schedule from February to May.

The reports further state that, a lavish set will be designed in a Mumbai studio and Hrithik will be first finishing up with his solo scenes. The leading lady of the film will be finalized in the coming week.
