Dulquer Salmaan again teams up with Mani Ratnam

Chennai, July 16 (IANS) Actor Dulquer Salmaan, who was last seen in filmmaker Mani Ratnam's Tamil romantic-drama "O Kadhal Kanmani", has reunited with the director for another project in the language.

This yet-untitled film will also feature Tamil actor Karthi.

"Both Dulquer Salmaan and Karthi are on board. The regular shooting starts from September. The makers have recently registered the title 'Komaali', but it's not sure if it's for this film," a source told IANS.

Reportedly, this project was originally planned with Mahesh Babu and Akkineni Nagarjuna as a Tamil-Telugu bilingual.

The rest of the cast will be finalised shortly.

It has to be seen whether this film will also feature music by Oscar-winning composer A.R. Rahman, a regular collaborator with Ratnam.
