Hijack is an action thriller. The film is about Vikram Madan (Shiney Ahuja) who is doing a ground maintenance job at the Chandigarh airport. Hijack His social life is limited to one friend Rajeev who is the security chief of the same airport. As luck would have it Vikram ‘s daughter is traveling with her teacher for a debate contest to Amritsar from Delhi. That fight gets hijacked by a group of six terrorists working for a man named ‘Rashid’ (K.K Raina) who has been captured by the Indian police. This flight is forced to land at Chandigarh airport itself. This terriost’s then demand the release of Rashid from the Indian government or they threaten to kill the hostages inside the aircraft at large. The mastermind of the group is a man named ‘Abhullah’ who remains a mystery till the end. Now Vikram is faced with the delimma of being the only man who can sneak inside the aircraft and tried to save the life of his daughter ‘Priya’. Once he breaches into the aircraft with the help of air hostess ‘Saira’ (Esha deol) he starts plotting and planning and killing the terrorist one by one. Some innocent passengers become the victim of this angry ruthless terrorists and die. But some how Vikram and Saira together manage to save the day. The film ends with succeeding to save Priya. Saira who takes a bullet to save Priya is a whisked away to the hospital and we also reveal who Abdullah is.
