Sportswear gets a twist

Ever imagined sporting sweatshirts or track pants at a party? Before raising your eyebrows, check out designer Anushka Khanna's new collection.

Embroidery work is the focus of her fall-winter 2013 collection titled Starry, Starry Night, but one can see a strong influence of sportswear.

The intricate embroidery work has turned simple sweatshirts and track pants into party wear. There are racerback and slip dresses too.

Colours like navy, grey, black and white have been used.

The collection campaign features budding actress Alia Bhatt. With focus on top portion of her body, she can be seen wearing a jacket with a sequined top.
