Mumbai, Dec 20 (IANS) Actor-filmmaker Sohail Khan, who turned 42 Thursday, apparently runs away from technology, says his close friend, actor Ashish Chowdhry.

"It's the birthday of the funniest, kindest, strongest and maddest person in my life. Love you Sohail," Ashish posted on a micro-blogging site, adding: "I don't know why I'm tweeting! He's not even on Twitter."

Ashish, who has worked with Sohail in just one film - "Fight Club: Members Only", added: "Sohail Khan runs away from technology. SMS'ing is an effort for him! E-mails need to be in hard copy."

Despite that, Ashish says Sohail never fails to be a true friend.

"Yet, one call and he is there for any help in a jiffy," tweeted Ashish.

Nothing intense about me, says Rajeev

Tena Desae has praised her "Table No.21" co-star Rajeev Khandelwal for his on-screen intensity, but the latter makes no bones about it. He says the intensity comes only if a character demands it.

"I don't do anything consciously. If the scene needs intensity, then I am focused, committed and hardworking towards it. I don't take it lightly then. But I don't try to be intense consciously," Rajeev told IANS.

"If the scene doesn't demand intensity, why will I be intense... Tena, of course, has been vocal about my intensity, I don't know why," he added.

"Table No.21" releases Jan 4, 2013.

Sonam believes in fun with fashion

She is known as a fashionista, but actress Sonam Kapoor doesn't pay too much attention to doll up.

Sonam says being glamorous is not something which can be developed.

"It (being fashionable) is important (for me) as it is a glamour industry. It is about the visuals and how you look. Either you have it in you or you don't. I don't pay much attention actually. I just have fun with it. I am just one of those girls who like dressing up," she said.

The actress also shared that it was only after she lost weight did she get interested in fashion.

"Between the age of 15 to 17 years, when girls actually start dressing up, I was overweight. So I couldn't wear lots of things which I wanted to wear. As soon as I started losing weight, I could start wearing prettier, nicer clothes and I got excited about it," she said.
