New Delhi, Aug 4 (IANS) He might have broken off with his long-time girlfriend Bipasha Basu, but Bollywood hunk John Abraham knows what a woman wants in her man.

The 38-year-old actor is one of the competitors of the 'India's Sexiest Bachelor' show that will go on air at the end of this month on BIG CBS PRIME. A source from the show revealed what dating tips the 'Jism' actor gives to men.

'Women are not lured by materialistic things any more. Good looks, great physique and a fat bank balance are not a sure-shot way to a woman's heart. What touches a woman's heart is a man with an even bigger heart - a good deed a day will have her closer to your heart!' the source quoted John as saying.

The show which has been conceptualised by BIG LIVE, the intellectual properties division of Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd, is an initiative that will see '10 of India's sexiest men' on one platform, allowing for viewers to select their sexiest preference through public voting.

John will compete with nine other hot and sexy contestants like Saif Ali Khan, Ranveer Singh and Virat Kohli.

'Kick' shoot to start in 2012

Film editor-turned-director Shirish Kunder has confirmed his next project 'Kick' starring Salman Khan will go on the floors in 2012.

'To all Salman fans (which I think is practically everyone now) - 'KICK' is definitely happening! We start shooting next year,' he posted on his Twitter page.

'Kick' is a remake of an action-romantic Telugu film and Kunder is planning to use 3D technology in this project.

SEL's last-minute additions to 'Mauka'

Composer trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy increased the length of a peppy song 'Mauka' from Prakash Jha's forthcoming film 'Aarakashan', after which the production house had to work on additional patchwork shoot for it.

The patchwork shoot was conducted a month after the film's shooting was wound up in Bhopal, according to a source.

Explaining the need behind the song's extension, singer-composer Shankar said: 'Mauka' was not just about friends having fun and Deepika flirting with Saif. As always, Prakash sir had duality with his narrative.'

'The song is also subliminal to the entire caste reservation system (the subject of the movie). We kept that in mind while making 'Mauka' and felt it required a certain time length,' he added.

Jha is known for interweaving strong social subjects with commercial drama like 'Rajneeti' and 'Gangajal' - and that's just the blend he will present with 'Aarakshan', releasing Aug 12. He hardly compromises on the creativity in his films, so he didn't hesitate before re-shooting the additional part of the song.
