Ishq Vishk, the Second?!

Do you remember Shahid's debut movie 'Ishq Vishk'? Which brought forth the much loved on screen ShaAmrita jodi?!

Well, word out there is, that Shahid will be back with a sequel of his debut. But, instead of having Amrita as a lead role again, it's been heard that Priyanka C

hopra shall play the leading lady.

From heresay, it appears to be as per the wishes of producer Ramesh Taurani, who wants to cast the successful couple of 2009 blockbuster Kaminey, for Ishq Vishk 2.

Even more curious are the claims that state that Taurani doesn't want previous director, Ken Ghosh, to get heads up on this sequel. So does that imply old director getting sacked for a new one too?!

The story for Ishq Vishk 2, although a sequel, is to be fresh and uninitiated. And perhaps that alone is part of the reason that Taurani seeks a change in his leading cast.

Ask the man himself? Most astonishingly, Ramesh Taurani says a sequel is not even on the cards! Director Ken Ghosh confirms as much. And we, the media, can't help but be absolutely stumped as to the origin of such a chain of rumours, for what's a smoke without a flame!

There's no end to wondering - is Ishq Vishk 2 hapening? Shall it Ken Ghosh with the director's hat? And most importantly, if any of this does happen, do we prefer Shahid-Amrita or Shahid Priyanka?!
