Priyadarshan wishes to apologize to SRK

Famous filmmaker Priyadarshan has expressed his apologies to Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar for his comment over the Shiv Sena and SRK controversy. During a television appearance previously, he had stated the conflict between Shiv Sena and Shah Rukh was a publicity stunt.


He emphasized said that he would never intend spreading talks about Shah Rukh and Karan, and maintains they both have been very nice and kind to him. The director also said that if he has  hurt the sentiments of either of them, he is willing to offer a public apology.


Shiv Sena, it is now well known, has been targeting SRK and Karan's film My Name is Khan after the actor made comments in support of the Pakistan players who had been excluded from IPL teams selections for the 2010 league games.
