Bollycurry had recently reported that BLUE has broken all records to rake in a whopping 51 crores in the first weekend itself. Now news is out that there is a sequel coming up to it.
According to our source, "Blue may not have proven to be a favourite among the critics. However, the profit generated out of the film is commendable. This has stirred up the producers Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Visions Ltd to make a sequel of the film."
Adds the source, "The plan is to make something just as different as BLUE itself. Blue was based on underwater adventure. This time the idea is to go for adventure in the skies!"
The source further adds, "The tentative star cast consists of Sanjay Dutt opposite Lara Dutta, Akshay Kumar opposite Katrina Kaif and Zayed Khan. The film also launches Neha Oberoi, daughter of Sanjay Dutt's manager Dharam Oberoi. She will be paired with Zayed. The sequel includes a new pair also- John Abraham opposite Sonal Chauhan. Here again, Sonal Chauhan happens to be a good friend the film's director Anthony D'souza. The working title of the sequel is Aasman."
We just hope this time the producers make sure of a good storyline so that even the critics are happy!

Hey Superstar95 It called wanted because salman khan is wanted in the movie as a police officer to finish the crime as well as criminal to do crimes being in the gang cause he is too good . so basically he is Wanted
and i loved Wanted
i did not like Blue as the story was too obvious i mean after interval even before that you kind a get idea who is behind everything and how the story will go and the end. LOL
i hope the story is gud...they ended the movie at a gud point.....it was a kk movie...nd wanted was kk tooo but i still dont get y it was called wanted lol
I Watched Blue and no offense it is nothing compare to Wanted
i mean it is not great movie, it is quit okie
i did not like it
According to me,this was the first Indian underwater adventure movie. The story might be weak and it was worth the try that the director Anthony D'souza made an attempt to make a different genre movie like BLUE,instead of the usual romantic comedy flicks.Even thought the main plot was a copy of the Hollywood movie Into The Blue.
A sequel to the movie with a whole new concept could make it successful and the audience should accept these kind of movies for the benefit of the Indian Cinema.Just because the first movie's plot was not convincing to the critics or some of the audience,it doesn't mean that the sequel would not work.
I wish that Akshay and Katrina would still beacting in the sequel, atleast a special appearance.
BLUE is one of it's kind in the Indian Cinema and we should appreciate that directors in Bollywood are giving alot of effort into making the industry more prominent and giving a new fresh turn to the industry.
Akshay you'll always rule the Indian Cinema as long as you keep doing different genres of film and roles like 8X10 Tasveer,Kambakkh Ishq,Blue,etc..
no wayz...pehla wala hi kaafi tha
