Will Smith to make a cameo in Student of the Year 2? KJo answers

The trailer of Student of the Year 2, starring Tiger Shroff and debutantes Tara Sutaria, Ananya Pandey, was launched today amongst much fanfare. Directed by Punit Malhotra, the film is a sequel to Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra starrer 2012 film Student of the Year and is bankrolled by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions in association with Fox Star Hindi.

At the trailer launch, Karan spoke about the film and its actors but everyone was disappointed that there was no mention of Will Smith at the gathering. Not to forget, the Hollywood actor had shot with the cast and crew of for a special song in the film in October last year. When KJo was asked if that song features in the film, he had a cryptic response to it.

"One of the main things on Will Smith's Bucket List was to dance on a Bollywood song. So fortunately, because I've known Will for a few years, when his team got in touch, we were ironically shooting Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani at the same time. He came and he rehearsed on Radha and shot that. Whether or not, he will be a part of the film that you see, that's a question I will leave unanswered till you see the film," he said.

Now we certainly have to wait for the film to release on May 10 and know if Will is indeed making a cameo in SOTY 2 or not.
