KJo pokes fun at Alia Bhatt for their matching outfits at Ambani bash

Mukesh Ambani's son Akash Ambani tied the knot with his childhood friend Shloka Mehta on March 9 at the Jio World Centre in Mumbai. The wedding was attended by the who's who of tinseltown including Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra. And we must say, all the celebs amp up the glamour with their sartorial outfits.

However, it was Karan Johar and Alia Bhatt, who stole the show with their matching neon yellow outfits from Sabyasachi. While Karan wore a churidar and kurta, Alia opted for a stunning lehenga. Soon after their pictures went viral, netizens cannot stop raving about how KJo and Alia were twinning. Seeing that, Karan poked fun at Alia by posting a photo of them together and writing how their clothes were quite literally "cut from the same cloth".

On the work front, Alia will next be seen in Abhishek Varman's Kalank, which is backed by KJo's Dharma Productions apart from starring opposite boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor in Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra.

Meanwhile, apart from the B-town celebs, the high-profile Ambani wedding saw the presence of many international dignitaries, including former British PM Tony Blair and his wife Cherie Blair and former United Nations secretary-general, Ban Ki-Moon.
