Recently, there were news reports making rounds that Kartik Aayan will be stepping in the place of
Shah Rukh Khan in Rakesh Sharma biopic titled Saare Jahaan Se Acha.
However, it seems there is no truth to the news as Kartik has denied all of it.
In an official statement released on behalf of the
Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety star, his spokesperson has confirmed that the actor was never approached for the role and that news of him replacing SRK are false.

Kartik Aaryan reads:
"We just came across this bit of news that is doing the rounds that Kartik Aaryan has been approached for a space film. However, we'd like to clarify that there is no truth to this news whatsoever."Soon after news about SRK backing off from the space film started making rounds, it was reportedly said that the makers are considering younger actors for the role.
"After SRK's exit, Ronnie and Siddharth decided to cast a younger face to play Rakesh's role. The story revolves around his mission to be the first Indian in space and he was 35 when he achieved this feat. So, they decided to sign one of the actors from Gen-Y. Mahesh Mathai, who is directing the biopic, has met Kartik, but they haven't had a narration yet. Meanwhile, Vicky was spotted at Siddharth's office a few days ago," a source told the tabloid.
Earlier, there were also reports about
