Janhvi for the FIRST TIME opens up on alleged relationship with Akshat

Bollywood industry is a small world they say and in today's time, it's difficult to hide away from the media glare. Especially when you're a popular star kid like Janhvi Kapoor, your personal life is a subject of public eyes!

Janhvi who made her debut with 'Dhadak' last year, often made headlines for her sizzling appearances, her style game and of course for her alleged link up with co-star 'Ishaan Khattar'. This time around the actress has again made it to the headlines as for the very first time she openly spoke about her rumoured boyfriend Akshat Rajan. 

Revealing more about Akshat, Janhvi Kapoor stated on Famously Filmfare,"The rumour mongers have also said that I am dating my childhood best friend called Akshat, who's so scared to hang out with me now because he is too scared that we will be papped together. So that day, he came home for dad's birthday and there were paps downstairs at Arjun bhaiyya's house, and he was hiding in a khopcha (corner), put on a hoodie and all, and left. I was like, it's okay". 

Clarifying that how she is not in a relationship with Akshat, Janhvi also refuted reports of her dating her close friend/ co-star Ishaan Khattar. 

Further, on the same show, the Kapoor girl also revealed how 'Dating' is always a situation at her house. Janhvi expressed that her parents Sridevi and Boney Kapoor were very dramatic about it and told her that when you like a guy come to us and we will get you married.

To this, Janhvi Kapoor further stated on the show that she told her parents that she doesn't have to get married to every guy she likes and that they can be chill also. Sridevi used to say, "Chill, what does chill mean?"
