Arjun Rampal SLAPPED with a 1 Crore LAWSUIT!

Arjun Rampal has landed himself in legal trouble. The actor has been accused of duping and a lawsuit if one crore has been filed against him.

As per reports in Bollywood Hungama, Arjun had taken a loan from a company named "YT Entertainment" and had promised to pay it back within a time period of 90 days. However, the actor failed to do so.

Following the non-payment, the company has filed a criminal case against Arjun for non-payment of dues and has asked him to pay Rs 1 crore along with 12 per cent interest per annum.

The report further states that during their agreement, Arjun had also given the company a post-dated cheque which bounced and due to which YT Entertainment filed a criminal case against the actor under Negotiable Instruments Act for the recovery of the money.

The company has now decided to recover their money by taking a significant part of Arjun Rampal's payment that he will get from his future movies until their dues are cleared.

Arjun was last seen in JP Dutta's Paltan, a war drama, which also starred Sonu Sood, Harshvardhan Rane, Gurmeet Choudhary, Love Sinha and others.

On the personal front, Arjun has been making frequent public appearances with his alleged girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades, after parting ways with his wife Mehr Jesia.
