Deepika shares the SECRET DETAILS of her First DATE & Wedding

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh stunned the world with their gorgeous wedding. It was no less than a fairy tale coming to life and lit left people awestruck with it's magnificence and magic. Now the couple can be seen basking in the newly weds glow at every outing they are making.

In a recent interaction with Famously Filmfare, the newly weds let a few secrets slip out about their wedding. The details which no one knew except them both. Well, now that Deepika talked about it, we are here bringing them to you:

Deepika and Ranveer almost had their first date at Sanjay Leela Bhansali's house. Going back in time, Deepika reveals that she saw him for the first time in Singapore at an awards night. Although he was in a relationship with someone else, he was flirting like it's nobody's business. 

Deepika said,"I was at YashRaj and he was there and he was flirting like it's nobody's business and he was dating somebody else at this point and I was smiling to myself and told him, 'You are flirting with me.'"

Recalling their date at SLB's house, Deepika said,"Sir called us over for lunch and we were eating and apparently there was a piece of crab stuck in my tooth and he wanted to make me awkward and he said, 'oh there's a crab stuck in your mouth' and I said, 'Then take it out'. That moment all three of us won't forget."

Deepika and Ranveer both wanted that their wedding should be a private affair. They wanted just friends and family to share their joy in that moment. And that was the reason why they chose an International wedding destination. When they visited Lake Como and saw the 800 year old Villa for the first time, Deepika felt that yes, this is the place she wants to get married in.

Ranveer Singh's parents were so considerate that they agreed to have a wedding just with the South Indian rituals. However, Deepika wanted to accept Ranveer's family rituals completely and that is why she forced everyone to have a second wedding with Sindhi rituals. She also revealed that their parents met three years ago.
