While the world is still playing the reel of Priyanka dressed as a bride, a leading daily got a chance to talk to the bride mother Madhu Chopra. Overwhelmed with the extravaganza, mumma Chopra said,"It was an emotional moment for everyone. I broke into tears when I saw Priyanka dressed as a bride. I had waited for this day all my life." She also revealed that they followed all the rituals to the T. She shared she always wanted an Indian shaadi for the actor and Priyanka knew that. "It's lovely to see the amount of love people have for her and Nick,"

In the Christian ceremony, it was Priyanka's mom who walked her down the aisle and she expressed what she felt at that moment. "I was at a loss of words. When I saw Priyanka, I couldn't control my emotions. The white gown was so beautiful. My baby looked like a princess."
