Priyanka Chopra won hearts when she revealed to the world that she will be tying the knot in Indian and not any international destination. Everyone around hailed her decision of choosing her home country over any exotic foreign destination.

Not only did everyone shower their love over the global star, but also praised her for making her country proud of her.

Then, yesterday, she shared some inside pictures from her Mehendi ceremony and her caption reflected the traditions imbibed in her and how much she values her roots.

Her Mehendi attire represented and epitomized a modern day Indian woman. Even though she is having a fairytale wedding, she is making sure to keep it culturally rich and in turn making her home and Country proud.

If facts and figures are to be taken into consideration, then Priyanka- Nick's wedding is one of the biggest international weddings of this stature in India. It's nothing less than a Royal wedding, the one of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's stature. In addition to that, it's benefitting the Indian economy as the whole expense of the wedding will stay in India!
