'Veere Di Wedding' is a sweet, simple yet bold film that gives various different messages about love, life and marriage!


The film has a bold take to it and that gives it a 21st century modern touch. It's not only about friendship but also about all the different kinds of relationships we make in our lives.


The film delivers a good message, 'No one in the world but it's only you, yourself who matters in the end'. You need to make sure that you are happy and content with everything that you do and everyone else comes later. Listen to your heart and not the society.


Performance wise: Kareena Kapoor has been a surprise package. Shikha Talsania will keep you entertained all throughout, Sonam Kapoor has improved a lot but her over-the-top drama scenes are still the same. However, Swara Bhaskar has disappointed us a lot. She could have been used well as she is a stellar actress. It was very evident that she was struggling with her new and never-done-before Avatar.


Sumeet Vyas is a bundle of cuteness in the film, you would want to have a boyfriend like him.


The film is very intriguing in the first half but somehow fails miserably in the second half. There are scenes that are so over done, the pace that's gripping and entertaining before the interval, walks at a snail's pace later on. Humor portions look forced at some places and the way modern women are portrayed in the film, it's not true. Not every woman are like the way as you see on the screens.


Owing to the strong buzz that was created around the film, it has somewhere failed to match that up. It could have been made much better.


Overall, the film is a combination of subtle romance, a pinch of cleach drama, adequate amount of humour, entertainment by a few actors, lots of beautiful messages and some sweet moments.
