Rest, as they say, if revealed, will spoil the fun element of the film. So we leave it up to you to discover it in theaters.
About the characters:
Sonu played by
Kartik Aaryan is the
jaan of the film. His monologues have yet again created their magic. As an actor, he has improvised his acting skills and we can no more call him a chocolate boy.
Instead, we can call him a "hot chocolate boy". His has done a fabulous jab with his physique and has sweated it out a lot in the gym. All his hard-work is seen clearly.
Titu; sweet, innocent, a boy of every girl's dream is played by
Sunny Nijar. His character will steal your heart in the second half of the film.
Alok Nath's never-seen-before avatar has be unveiled in the film. Our Sanskari Babuji is seen as a rocking grandfather and is fondly called as 'Ghasite'. His spontaneous punches, fine performance makes him a perfect fit for the character.
What we like/disliked:
To be very frank, there is nothing that we didn't like. The film has all the elements required of a romantic- comedy. From the dialogues to the songs, from the punches to the intense scenes, everything is just in place.
Director- writer Luv Ranjan has done a great job with the scripting and direction. He has very well added all the elements that will attract the younger generations.
Overall:
The film is a complete package of entertainment. It's a perfect combination of drama, romance and emotions.
The climax is the icing on the cake. Very well wrapped up and leaves you with a beautiful message.
It's Romance v/s Bromance this week! To know who wins you need to rush to theaters near you. And don't worry you don't need any food this time to keep you busy as the film won't give you any chance to even look at your phones.
So, catch hold of you besties and buddies and don't forget to take your Sweety (if you have any) with you to enjoy this rom-com.
