We have seen many films which show corruption in our system, this one is an addition to the list, just from the Bihar point of view. Well this can interest you to go and watch the movie. OUTIB is a hindi movie in Bhojpuri language. It was a decent attempt by Nitin Chandra to depict the problems of the youth in Bihar.

From the beginning director will take you to an Indian state, Bihar. The film is based on true events happened between 2003-05.

The story revolves around three youngsters of Buxar village of Bihar, how every young person turn into criminal in need of money. Rajiv Kumar required money to pay dowry for his sister's marriage. Shankar was in need of money to fill the pockets of 'Sarkari Babu' so he can get a government job and for Jeans money was a necessity to live. The story is stretched to create a base for the crime to happen in the second half.

Kranti Prakash Jha played the character of Rajiv Kumar, Deepak Singh as Shankar and Ajay Kumar as Jeans, did a good job in the movie, as expected from the newbie! Arti Puri played the love interest of Rajiv, Seema.

Second half of the film is more interesting and keeps the viewer stick to it. Ashish Vidyarthi, plays an important character in the film. Though a short role he lives up to his mark. Pankaj Jha, characters the elder brother of Shankar, gave a good performance. Songs you won't understand unless you are conversant in Bhojpuri!

Last but not the least, the scene where the movie starts is where the movie ends. It feels incomplete! You need to extract a message from the story as it cannot be seen directly.

Loopholes:

Where everyone else in the movie is conversing in Bhojpuri, Aarti being from the same village is talking in Hindi. Looks like either the script writer was trying something new or Aarti is a good translator.

There is a scene where Aarti was suppose to by chance drop her ring and then look for it. However, it was shot in such a way that made it very obvious that Arti Puri threw her ring and not dropped it by mistake. You might not find a lot of funny moments in the film but this scene will surely make you laugh.

Why to watch the movie?

Good story!

A message to the system and the youth of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh!

The landscapes of Bihar, though not exotic but worthy!
