This one is gonna make you go 'aww'!


Very recently, Deepika Padukone received a huge surprise in the form of an evening invitation from veteran actor of yesteryear, Shammi Kapoor!


Of course, she was extremely excited and honored! What's better, the evening spent hence did not burst her anticipation bubble. It was one of that would last her memory for ever! In fact, here's straight from the horse's mouth,


"By far one of the best and most memorable days of my life ... thank you uncle (Shammi) for the wonderful, wonderful evening!" (Deepika tweets - Twitter)


As evident by her animated response, a date for the 24 year old with this 78 year old Bollywood legend was a laurel in itself, and an evening resplendent with fun and food!


Deepika and her affections for the Kapoor men - good for her!
