The story begins in America, 2012 with a marriage of Vishwanath, a Kathak teacher and Nirupama. Each of them have an agenda in their life and in a matrimony of 3 years, they seem to have achieved their wishes. Nirupama becomes a Ph.D holder while Vishwanath runs his dance academy in New Jersey unhindered by each other.

All is well until Dr. Nirupama feels her husband has some secrets that no one knows. In order to this, she hires a detective to rake up some information about him. Wires get cross-connected and all hell breaks loose as the detective is murdered by terrorist Omar. In a series of events, its revealed that Omar and Vishwanath are related. Vishwanath's real name is Wasim and he is a jihadi in Kashmir wanted by Indian army. He was then accepted into Omar's team and he became the trainer of Al-Qaeda jihadis.

The films then focuses on how Nirupama gets to know Vishwanath's reality and how Vishwanath carries forward his actions for Omar.
