Plot

Rana (Pankaj Kapoor) is a middle class mill-worker, with a criminal
past. He has a son, who is seriously ill. In order to get treatment, he
must take him abroad to America, and for this he must have money. So he
agrees to take up a final criminal assignment, which is to kidnap a
