Plot
Kalicharan a criminal serving a life sentence at the Delhi Central Jail is given bail by Inspector General of Police Department to take place of the late DSP Inspector Prabhakar. This step is taken because Kalicharan closely resembles the late DSP Prabhakar. Kalicharan proceeds further to capture the countryÕs most notorious criminal Deen Dayal who is better known as Lion and his ruthless gang.
