Sanaya Irani was brought up in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Early Career:
Sanaya
graduated from Syndenham College and wanted to pursue an MBA degree but
upon her mothers advice, she entered the glamour world with ads and
modelling. She then forayed into acting with Jagjit Singh's song Tumko Dekha To Yeh.
Television:
After
playing the character of Bebo in the blockbuster movie Fanaa, Sanaya
made her television debut with SAB TV's popular show Left Right Left as
Sameera Shroff, where she shared screen space with Arjun Bijlani and
Harshad Chopra.
Sanaya also made an appearance in Radhaa Ki Betiyaan on
NDTV Imagine before Gunjan's role finally landed in her way. Sanaya's
first portfolio was done by veteran actor Boman Irani, who was a
photographer then. She was also one of the contestants in Meethi Chhori
no. 1.
After her role in Miley Jab Hum Tum, Sanaya portrayed the
character of Khushi Kumari Gupta in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon on Star
Plus.
Sanaya appeared as a contestant in Welcome-Baazi Mehmaan Nawaazi ki,
hosted by Ram Kapoor, and hosted Zee TV's Valentine's Day special
Ishq Wala Love with Karan Grover.
Currently, Sanaya is playing the role of a vivacious and modern girl in
Chhan Chhan on Sony TV.

Sanaya has done many TV advertisements with Bollywood stars like Sharukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra and Amitabh Bachchan.
